Hi all!
Could you help me with next problem. I just started to learn Oracle and I'm doing my first task.
After I ran catpatch.sql, I try to connect as user strmadmin and have such errors:

ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-04045: errors during recompilation/revalidation of LBACSYS.LBAC_EVENTS
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called
ORA-06512: at line 2
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called
ORA-06512: at line 2
