I'm having a problem here. I have just installed Oracle 9i on a Windows 2003 Terminal Server. Problem is I am not able to open any Oracle application with any domain account that does not have admin rights. Get the same error, "the application failed to initialize properly" for a couple applications. And "permission denied" errors for Workflow Builder. I have tried changing permissions on all folders and registry entries I can find. I am not an Oracle whiz, so not sure what to try now. All other software on this box works fine. Any suggestions?
