Hey all,
I'm running OAS10g 9.0.4.1 on Solaris 9. I upgrated the integral JDK to 1.4.2_10 and did the lib moving and security fiddling per the Oracle techdoc. It works fine in 32 bit mode, but if I try to start any OC4J instances with -d64 to run in 64 bit mode, the instance starts but opmn dies and drops core and then any dcmctl commands generate this error:
ADMN-604104
Unable to connect to the OPMN process to obtain process status table
Base Exception:
oracle.ias.sysmgmt.exception.ProcessMgmtException:OPMN operation failure
Resolution: If there is no response from OPMN, check OPMN configuration and restart DCM daemon. If OPMN response is available, identify the failure and the corresponding log files indicated in the OPMN response contents
Is anyone running 64-bit JDK with OAS, and if so did you have to do anything special to get it working?
Thanks,
Ernest
