I have installed Oracle 10g on my machine. I have created a schema within the
database named as database. I can connect to the “database” schema using the
host string which is defined as “orcl”. Things are working pretty fine until I
connect to the Internet using the Dial Up connection. When I try to connect to
my schema again using the host string. It refuses to connect and give away the
error “ORA – 12541 : No Listener”

Can anybody suggest me a way out???
