Hello! I am a newbie in Oracle and have been asked to configure some settings on our Oracle servers and have a doubt.
I need to configure some parameters, namely SQLNET.EXPIRE_TIME on the sqlnet.ora config file.
I have 2 machines running oracle8 with oracle failsafe.
My question is: what sqlnet.ora file or files must i configure?
On active machine and/or both machines _OR_ is there somewhere else the file might be? Like a shared directory with config files for both machines?
What is the directory where the file should be?
