Hi to all experienced users;

I am a student working on my term paper for my database class. I chose to discuss the issue of implementing PeopleSoft Payroll module together with an Oracle 9i database. Since I never had any actual experience doing this I need some advice. Here are some questions that will help me with my paper:

1. what should be the outline of my design if I want to be able to quarry data from the PeopleSoft HR program at my Human Resource department?

2. How long would something like this will take to build?

3. What methodologies should I use to design this?
