Connect can make to rac even stop listeners on all nodes? Any possibility?

Not sure what you are asking. Do you want to stop your databases and listeners from a single node? If so, look at the Server Control Utility (SRVCTL).

no, i setup rac and startup up the instances without startup listeners, then i still found that they can connect through sqlplus of another server in same network ......

I want to know the reason behind ......

Depends on How you started the instances.


srvctl start database -d DATABASE_NAME # will start all participating instances and listener.

No, after I stop listener and shutdown instances, I start instances again by su - oracle, then sqlplus '/ as sysdba' and then startup instead.
