HI
How can we create Oracle Portal?
By installing Application Server Only will we be able to develope Portal?
Or do we need some other Software for that?
I am new in this portal side . So please help me.
Also please tell me any configurations that need to be done for creatinf & running portals.

Yes, Internet Application Server includes all the components you need to get a Portal site up and running.
Typically you would do an "Infrastructure" type install on one computer and a "Portal and Wireless" type install on another computer. However, you can also run both components on a single computer system.
To get a good start, PLEASE read the "Application Server Installations Guide".
