Please explain. what are we supposed to look into here?
Is it running too fast and you want to slow it down?
Or
Running too slow and you want to make it better?
or
whatever?
Please read this first

Post your OS,Oracle versions. Have you updated the statistics for tables and indexes?
Are columns indexed accordingly?
Could you also explain the data distribution?
Post your execution plan/tkrof/statspack output or whatever.

>> how can I use Hints
Find it in the manuals.
>>using hints is advantage or disadvantage
Depends.
HINTS are like little sticky notes that may or may not help the CBO.
In an utopian oracle database, CBO will not need any hints at all.
If nothing helps, try hints.
