I am in the habit of using my Database Connection in JDeveloper to create and edit database objects like functions, procedures, triggers, tables, etc. I would like to be able to also edit database view definitions here as well. When I right-click on a view I see a disabled option to Edit the object. How can I get that enabled? BTW, I do have necessary privileges on the database to do this, I currently do it through other means.

Thanks, dw

DW,
Allow me to suggest Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) -- it's designed for this sort of thing.

Good Luck,
Avi.
