Are there any Heat Guru's out there that could answer a request? At work we use Heat Call Logging version 8.03, build 310. I keep getting in trouble because I open duplicate incident tickets. In the past, I used another Help Desk call logging software that had a splash screen that prompted you for every user query, to open any 'unresolved', or 'open' issues
that the user has.
Is there any Heat guru's out there that can help, or any good forums I can check on? Thanks alot.
