Hi,

I have some doubts. So pls. clear it.

Is it possible to indexing / defragmentation in oracle to clean cache.

If yes, so how it possible?

I heared about this in sql server.

So pls. guide me to improve my performance

Enable SQL_TRACE & run the results through TKPROF.
Produce EXPLAIN_PLAN for slow running SQL.
Post here the SQL that is slow running along with table description
It sounds like you are using the
READY, FIRE, AIM
approach to tuning.
What evidence do you have that poor performance is due to fragmentation?
