hai all Razz ,

i am using PRO*c Embarassed for database operations into oracle database.
when i am inserting into a table an error is coming.
the table feild is VARCHAR[6].
its giving ORA-01480 Mad ,

ORA-01480: trailing null missing from STR bind value

Cause:
A bind variable of type 5 (null-terminated string) does not contain the terminating null in its buffer.

i was doing defaullt null setting by memset.
so i terrminated the string with a null character speratly Cool .

but still the problem is persisting Mad .
can anybody please help Razz .
