Hi guys,
I tried the 'Unanswered Messages' facility for the first time today, normally I just page through the list and look for 'zero'. What I didn't expect is that it shows the OLDEST unanswered thread/post first.
I think that it should show them in the other order, that is, the newest first, because being presented with questions from 2001 doesn't seem that useful. Either the user will have answered it themselves by this time, or have given up, or changed version of the software even.
Should we run a poll?
David

Hi David,
I'll look into it. As workaround, enable "Unanswered Messages" and "Today's Messages" simultaneously.
BTW: It's sometimes still useful to answer those old messages as users and search engines are constantly searching and indexing this forum.
Best regards.
Frank

Unfortunately, I expect that would only give me today's unseen messages. I'm actually looking for things I can't/couldn't/didn't answer and want to check to see if someone else has helped them out.
