I am trying to copy and paste data from a report run in Oracle Discoverer to Microsoft Excel. It works on all client machines except for one. This particular machine will copy the data and then, instead of pasting it as text into Excel, paste it as a small PDF icon.
This only happens on one machine. Any ideas for a fix?

Forgot to add an extra bit of information.
We're using Citrix to connect. Every other computer we use to connect to this server shows Y: mapped to C$ on the local client. This particular laptop, when you try to save a file, does not show Y: mapped to anything.
I don't know if that will help or not...
