I major problem, ORA-00312 and ORA-16068 [message #135566]

I have a major problem.

I have a datawarehouse database, and now it won't start
I get 2 ora-errors.

ORA-00312
and
ORA-16068

I do not have a valid backup.
I have some archive files, but my database are running in
archive mode.

Is there any way to get the database up and running again.

ORA-00312: online log string thread string: 'string'
Cause: This message reports the file name for details of another message.
Action: Other messages will accompany this message. See the associated messages for the appropriate action to take.

ORA-16068: redo log file activation identifier mismatch
Cause: The activation identifier of the indicated redo log file does not match the activation identifier of the database.

Your logfile seems to be corrupted.
Have you tried "STARTUP NOMOUNT" then "RECOVER DATABASE"/ "ALTER DATABASE OPEN RESETLOGS".

Thanks Girish

We resolved the problem using the next

1.- Startup Mount
2.- Recover Until Cancel
3.- Alter Database Open Reselogs

Now te database is running.
