Hi friends,

I first started installing Oracle 9i on windows 2000. It stopped at 4% of installation process. Then I stopped and restarted the system. when I started installing again, It is giving this error:

"Eroor in writing to directory C:\DOCUME~1\ADMIN~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\OraInstall2005-08-24_07-58-41PM. Please ensure that this directory is writable and has atleast 32 MB of disk space. Installation cannot continue."

There is nearly 23 GB of space on the disk. Can somebody help with this.

Thanks in advance.

Ajay

Hello girish,

I already tried by deleting the folders and files created during setup. But actually there is a problem with my installation CD. I tried with different CD and it worked very well. Thank you very much for ur reply and time.

Thank You,

Ajay
