Senior Consultant – Business Process

As a contributing member to a Trianz project team, a Senior Consultant will consult with business unit management and personnel to analyze, design, and document complex, cross-functional business systems and / or functions.
Job Expectations
•Analyzes complex business system / functions
•Identifies requirements and writes BRDs and / or functional specifications.Assist in converting functional specifications to technical specifications.
•Tracks and documents changes to the above
•Completes high-quality deliverables in a timely manner as assigned with limited guidance from the project manager
•Conducts client meetings / interviews with limited guidance from the project manager
•Actively participates and significantly contributes to team-based problem solving
Basic Consultant Skills
•Strong communication skills both written and verbal
•Should be adaptable and be open to learning new skills
•Hard working "do what it takes" attitude
•Must be a team player
•Provides leadership / mentoring as required to more junior members of the team
•Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Specific Skills Required
•Emerging expertise in at least 1 domain area (e.g., BPR, CRM, 11i Q2C)
•Masters/MBA or equivalent experience preferred
•Big 5 experience, preferable
•5-7 years professional working experience, Consultant background a plus
•Solid skills in financial process including design, management, engineering/re-engineering, systems and implementations
•Fortune 100 experience a BIG plus!
•Experience with 0rder management, supply chain, and service quoting preferred.

Install Base
