I found some examples in the Forms 4.5 demo code area and they use the 'mouse' PLL. Search google for 'drag.pll' and there is only one reasonable link. http://forums.oracle.com/forums/profile.jspa?userID=9391 has a link "drag.pll library can it be used in Forms 6.0"
