Hello Hi

I have a problem to retrieve my record using query button. normally every time i want to retrieve my record in my address system i always press the query button once time and enter the IC_no in the ic_no block then i press the query button once again.i felt this is not practical.

can someone help me to show me the easy way. what i meant i just type the ic_no into the block ic_no then i press the search button all the record is retrieve.

please help me

In your When-New-Form-Instance trigger, put the command 'enter_query'. That way you only have to enter your search details and then press search.
