ORA-04045: errors during recompilation/revalidation of HPQ_IF.java/lang/String [message #131271]

Hi,
I am trying to load soem java clasess to Oracle JVM using the follwing command
loadjava -user @ORACLE_USER/@ORACLE_PASSWORD@@ORACLE_HOST:@ORACLE_PORT:@ORACLE_SID -force -genmissing -genmissingjar missing.jar -verbose -resolve -t sfi_Ora.jar

I am getting the following error.
ORA-04045: errors during recompilation/revalidation of HPQ_IF.java/lang/String
ORA:06000: internal error code, arguments:[26599],[1],[255],[],[]..

Can some one help me. why this problem is.

Oracle version is 9.2.0.4.0
