Will it be possible to put the oc4j instance start automatically when i restart or start the computer i.e. at the time of booting only.
What to do for putting my path default for running the fmx file. Suppose I have a file at c:\samit\test.fmx. I dont want to write the full path of the file in the call_form. What i have to do?

To start OC4J on start or restart of PC then COPY the OC4J shortcut to the 'Start > Programs > Startup' directory.
Put the directory which contains your forms at the beginning of the FORM90_PATH in your register.
[Which version of forms are you running? - Stupid question, sorry]
