Search this forum for 'tlist', there are numerous threads.

Go to http://www.oracle.com/technology/documentation/forms.html. Find 'Form Builder Reference'. Download it and search for 'tlist'. This will lead you to 'List Items'.

What is the problem? The searched threads give examples, the documentation gives examples. What isn't working for you?

Look at http://www.orafaq.com/forum/t/49530/67467/.

Normally you have two values in a list. The first is displayed and the second is assigned to another field. This assignment is done when you do the selection.

Okay ... do it my way to start with ... create a new pair of display items ... create a record group in the form that selects the pair of values that you want, create an LOV that uses that record group, in the assignment area, assign the second column to the second new display item, on the first item add the LOV you just created, compile ALL and generate the form, run it. Does the LOV fire on the first new item and, when a line is selected, does the second new item get populated?

Look at http://www.orafaq.com/forum/m/129269/67467/?srch=record+group#msg_129269 and maybe http://www.orafaq.com/forum/m/120298/67467/?srch=record_group#msg_120298 for moving entries from one record group to another.
