When the public network goes down , node1
relocates VIP to node2 and shutdowns RAC on node1.
The node1 stays down forever even if the network is up again.
Even worse when there is a second network failure,
node2 tries to relocate VIP to node1 ( without success )
and shutdowns itself. The result - RAC is down completely
and we have to start it manually. any ideas whats wrong ?

We use oracle 10g on solaris.
