Is Oracle Forms 6i the same with Oracle Developer/2000 Release 2??? If different, what are their differences?
Anybody?
Help is very much appreciated.

Okay ... I'm going to say that 'Oracle Developer/2000 Release 2' is Forms 6i Patchset 4. MHE please correct me if I am wrong.
If you are using Forms 6i I suggest that you use patchset 13 or higher. The difference is that patchset 4 was okay, patchset 13 was good, and everything in between 'had issues'.

No <- Wrong ... yes there a differences between 5 and 6i ... most people won't notice.

Oracle Developer/2000 Rel. 2 was the release of Forms 5.0 and Reports 3.0 if I'm not mistaken.
It's very ( stress: very! ) old. You could use packages there ( client side, as program units)!
@djmartin: 6i patchset 4?  Where did that come from?

Yea, Developer 2000 was forms 4.5 and Rel 2 was forms 5 ... wow, can't believe I forgot that.
So there is quite some differences between 5 and 6i. Just use the latest version you have available.
