What are the steps to refresh a RAC database? Thanks for any help

On an hourly or daily or weekly basis, update database to reflect changes made by users (I think - the situation hasn't been properly explained to me yet).

So are we!.

You can do replication, RMAN duplication,export/import (is volume of data is less) or CDC (change data capture)
