hi

I am facing a problem, we have a 3 tier architecture ERP, in our company...we are facing a problem that sometime using ERP modules a error or message is shown

FRM-40733: pl/sql built-in DBMS-ERROR-CODE Failed and database link get down.. we have to refresh the page to start doing work again..can u tell me why it happens and how we can sort it out.

Which version of forms are you running? If you are running 6i less than patchset 12 then there was a fix for a couple of FRM-40733 bugs in patchset 12. But you should use at least patchset 13 as 12 had 'other issues'.

Thanks for the response, i will be vary thankful to you if you can tell me the process to download patch how and from where. Bcz I tried my best to find the patch, but i didn't succeded in it.
