Pro *C in oracle 9.2.0.2 in hp-ux? [message #122706]

i installed the oracle 9.2.0.2 database on hp-ux IA64 11.23 with install option of enterprise edition, but i couldn't find the Pro*C compiler in $ORACLE_HOME/bin directory.... whether i need to install seperatly?

Hi,

You need to install the development tools. Easily done, just go through the installation using the installed runInstaller.
