Try to remove the unnecessary decodes from the token:

APN "decode(:APN, 'Audio_MMS_email',  352062000001,
                  'Audio_MMS_LuxGSM', 352061000002,
                  'Audio_MMS_Tango',  352060000003,
                  'Audio_MMS_VOX',    352059000004,
                  'Audio_MMS_zone1',  352058000005,
...

If it's still to long, try to remove all spaces.

Thanks, but it is still too long, even after i removed
all spaces.
Is there anything else I can do ?

load the data as-is into a staging table and use sql methods to decode the data and then load into the original table.
Getting the external data into oracle is task. Once it is inside the oracle database, you have tons of options.

That's exactly how we handle our external data here, through staging tables.
