I would like to ask that

Is there any possibility that we can create a table sort of grid.. on forms which can display our results...

i mean like in VB we can create a grid. .and when we search fo values more than one..

It can show each value in a grid...

So Is there any possiblity apart from oracle reports.. that we

can show data on forms.. simple reports..

Like.. for example.. for a Student table..

If i give flexibility that user can select City, and it will display all the students in that city along with theier ID, names and age

Can i display this in a grid control sort of on Forms 6i .. .

instead of using oracle reports..

Hope someone will suggest some good procedure to do that ..

Hi,

Please set the following property of the datablock/control block so that it looks like a grid.

"Number of records dispalyed property" to 10 or higher as you can adjust in your screen.
