Hi Dear,

I am trying to access the data from oracle 10g into autodesk map 3D 2005 using Windows XP platform. I have checked the service name which is in listener.ora file i am giving this correctly. when i am trying to connect the autodesk map 3d with oracle it asks 3 this:( 1)user name. 2)pass 3)service name). The problem is the error message which is "ORA-12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor ". and i cannot import the data into autodesk map 3D 2005. will you please help me out in this matter.i'll be thankful to you.

Adnany, read the sticky in the Newbie forum about patience and duplicate posts.
