: Anyone running this scenario? If so how much central storage do you have allocated.
Hi Paul,
We are in the process of rolling out Z/OS and it is currently on development. We have quite a few Oracle databases running there - level 817.4 with quite a few cumulative patches. Our storage allocations are:
Region Size
E-PVT 1.62G
E-SYS 1.16G
E-USR 1.6G
PVT 10.9M
SYS 10.3M
USR 10.4M
Not totally sure if this is what you are looking for, but I'm thinking central storage is the virtual private storage below the line? So our below the line is 10.9M and above the line is 1.6G.
Then there is the Common storage which actually may be the central storage. Here is what we allocate for this:
Region ASize
E-CSA 205M
E-SQA 104M
SQA 1.11M
CSA 1.9M
If you are looking for something else, e-mail me and I can find out?
Gia
