I was running the sidJC00 job which abended because it couldn't find the sidINIT or other parmlib members to copy from the INSTLIB dataset to the PARMLIB dataset.
Which job creates the PARMLIB members in the INSTLIB dataset? I don't see any of the sid parmlib members.

Problem resolved. It appears that the ORDJA01 JCL which was generated did not have all the steps. When I reduced the length of the Oracle Database Service ID from 8 to 5 characters then regenerated ORDJA01 the steps that created the PARMLIB members were there.
Then I had to modify several members to change the Oracle Database Service ID from the 5 characters back to the site required 8 characters.
