Hi group,

In Reports 9i I created an object level program unit which opens a cursor with SQL query that contains SYS_CONNECT_BY_PATH(...,...) Oracle 9i built-in function.
I get compile error: 'Identifier CONNECT_BY_PATH must be declared).
In SQL*Plus query works no problem?
How should I compile this in Reports 9i?

Tough break. The PL/SQL engine of Reports doesn't know SYS_CONNECT_BY_PATH yet. You could create a database function using this built-in and call your function from reports. An alternative would be dynamic sql.
