hi
I am sunil mishra & in interview of IBM for DBA they asked me question
Question : There are system tablespace, Temp tabalespaces, Undo tablespace and User tablespaces now for which tablespaces backup is not required? and why?
... i only need answer of my question so that i can know my answer was right or wrong.

backup of tempfiles are not allowed, temprorary tablespaces are used when sorts take place, if sorts are not taking place in memory, then sorts are done at temporary tablespaces. The Sort data is not required for any backup purpose.
