Hi:
We want to install oracle 9024 rac on RedHat AS3.0,we have two nodes and we used OCFS.
We create two files on each node, the first is ocfs01 which used for check CM quorum file and the second is shared which used for store shared things.
We use command dd on each node like this:
dd if=/dev/zero of=/shared/RacFile bs=1024 count=1024
When ./ocmstart.sh ,the second node can not start unless the first node goes "init 1".when node 1 back ,the two oracm can both start.
After run "dbca",it returns that :gsd daemon is not running on the node ***.whichever node run"dbca",all returns the other one's gsd is not start .but in fact ,"gsdctl stat" backs that "gsd is running successful".
We have no idea, please help us,thank you very much.

Thank you very much for reply.
I am sorry about my english, because it's very pool.
We'v already used "lsnodes -n" ,it show that :
node#1 0
node#2 1
and node#2 1
node#1 0
We think this is right.
We now are wondering how to setup Rac using OCFS,is it need the
third device as a shared storage?
We now format two devices(/dev/hdc8 and /dev/hdc9)on node#1,is it right?
please tell us how to setup!thank you!
