Oracle-9i-Database-Release-2-Client-NT-W2000-XP

Trying to install the above application but it refuses to go any further then 51% it appears to be hanging at the extraction of the oracle wallet manager, it just states extracting owm.chm and goes no further.

Stopped the AV service even though that is only meant to effect version 8 of oracle. Checked the installation logs for any clues to no avail.

Has anyone come across this problem before?

Machine Spec:
OS Windows XP sp1
P4 2.8ghz HT processor
1gb RAM
80GB HDD
