Hello all:
i am facing a problem: in D6i (version is release 2,without any patch) report previewer,there is a button to send this report via mail,but when clicking on these button,a Windows general error window will occur(you know,that window,saying that Report backaground engine has encountered a program and need to close,click this button to send error report to microsoft).
Client OS is WinXP Professional.
Email client is Outlook express(they can send files by mail successfully in Windows explorer).
Does anybody run into same error?
Who have any idea about this problem?
Kindly please help me..this is quite urgent...
