Yes, you can accomplish this by opening up the frame's property palette. Under the property "Conditional Formatting" you can set your conditions to what you need. There is a check-box that states "Hide the Object", just click on that to hide the object when the condition is met. Subsequently, the frame and its contents will not be shown.
