Hi
I want to know about COA(Certificate Of Analysis).
What is this and what information it will contain?
Is it for an item or lot?
Please tell me where can I find the related documentation for this?

Thanks in advance,
Venky

Hi Venky

Certificate of Analysis is a report ususally sent to the customer at the time of shipping the finished goods. It contains information related to quality ie. what were the quality tests done and the product conformance in each of tose tests(results).

Attached you can find a sample
