Field Sales -
Selling Consulting Services to Implement Oracle ERP systems to companies from 75M to 1B, working closely with the Oracle Sales Representatives
You will be selling Implementation Services for the Oracle E Business Suite to prospective customers or the existing Oracle Customer Base.
3+ years experience working with a competitor or Tier 2 company selling ERP
( Oracle, Peoplesoft, JDE, SAP, BAAN, etc ) Solutions required.
You must be a self-motivated person who needs to make a lot of money. You must be a fast paced person with no time to waste. You must be very self-reliant. Your background must include at least three years of quota based Sales experience with a focus on ERP solutions. An undergraduate degree is highly preferred. You must also possess strong language skills and feel comfortable with the realities of consulting - writing proposals, requirements and specifications, tight schedules, meetings with management at customer sites, handling tough questions and committee-situations. You need to have made sales quota consistently for the last three years. Salary and commission will be commensurate with experience.
Pre Sales Consultant / Solution Designer -
Work with the DAZ ERP Sales Reps in the field (some travel required); meeting with prospects and analyzing business issues in the mid-market space. You will help to qualify the prospects and provide domain expertise during discussions and presentations.
The presentations are typically at the C level, mid-management levels, as well as key users. Good working knowledge of distribution, financials, and manufacturing are required. The ability to discuss abstract as well as tactical solutions is a must, and excellent communication skills are important. The ability to document and explain what is being presented, and what will be needed spell success. You must be able to demo the products to a mixed audience.
Requirements:
Excellent organizational, presentation, communication, and writing skills
Ability to develop creative approaches in using Oracle ERP software functions to achieve customer's unique needs and requirements
At least five years experience in an ERP environment as either as a user or supplier (Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite a plus)
Good working knowledge of Financials, Distribution and Discrete Manufacturing
Strong technical skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
BS in relevant field or equivalent experience
