Position : ERP Level 2 Support Analyst (Permanent position)
Client : A leading MNC’s offshore center
No of Positions: 10
Work Location : Mumbai
Responsibilities:
The selected candidates will be responsible for the techno-functional support of the Manufacturing modules in our client’s ERP (Oracle 11i) application. Main responsibilities involve handling:
• End-user Business Process questions
• Identify data related issues
• Provide User Training to clarify application usage
• Identify Configuration / Setups required
• Identify bugs – deviation from standard
• Identify Bugs – customization related
Experience:
• 2 to 4 years IT and Functional / ERP experience
Skill Sets:
Mandatory
• BE/B.Tech/B.Sc./MCA in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent degree
• Analysis, design, and systems development experience required
• A good understanding of Manufacturing and/or Warehouse Management business processes, having gained through working experience in Manufacturing/Warehousing industry environment (or) having developed software applications with Manufacturing/Warehouse Mgmt. process functionality.
• Relational data base experience required
• UNIX and SQL experience required
Desirable
• PL-SQL knowledge desired
• Forms (9i/6i) / Reports (9i/6i) knowledge
• Oracle 11i Application knowledge (Technical and functional) in Manufacturing module
The selected candidates will undergo training on Oracle 11i Manufacturing module in Mumbai to be followed by on-site training (at client’s discretion) in USA to understand and transition the application support processes to India.
