PROJECT SPECIFICATION:
NATURE & SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:
The project consists of converting PDF file to DOC. The PDF file contains the scanned file of documents pertaining to Legal cases and is sourced from leading attorney firms from U.K. The main aim of this project is to make available the details of the various cases in the WEB site. The data does not contain any graphics or any diagrams. However certain amount of sub and super scripts data are available. . The quality of the PDF file will be very good as the scanning will be done on high-resolution scanners. The number of PAGES counted does contain PAGES count.
INPUT TYPE: PDF/JPG/TIF/BMP
OUTPUT TYPE: PDF/JPG/TIF/BMP/ to Doc
CONVERSION PROCESS/METHODS: Any good OCR software
Similar to ABBYY fine Reader 7.00.
HARDWARE SPECIFICATION: Dual Processor Server with
At least 400 GB secondary storage
capacity.
SOFTWARE SPECIFICATION: Windows 2000 for server and 98 for workstation.
Office 97 or above for work station.
Abby fine Reader preferably
version 7.00 Any good
Quality Software Package
Note: The client would appreciate licensed copy of All software .The software will not be supplied by the client.
RODUCTIVITY REQUIREMENTS: 350pages minimums& maximum 500pages/PC/month
ACCURACY: Min.99%. However the service providers are required to ensure maximum accuracy more than100%.
QUALITY CHECK: TPQAT will be appointed by the
Client. The TPQAT will be from India.
TURN AROUND TIME: The output data will be uploaded to TPQAT on the 30th day .The TPQAT shall check the data and give the certification 15 working days. Errors if any below the min. 99 % will be made available for correction and the corrected data will be again uploaded to TPQAT within 7 working days and the certification obtained.
BILLING CYCLE: Every month at the end of the month. The invoice will be submitted to the Bank along with the quality certification from TPQAT and the amount claimed against the irrevocable B.G.
INPUT AND OUTPUT MODE: Both CD/FTP
PENALTY FOR NON AVAILABLE OF
DATA: 20% OF MONTHLY BILLING.

BUSINESS ACQUISITION FEE: Rs.600000/- per slot

We have 10 years experience in DATA CONVERSION WORK and DATA ENTRY WORK.
We have 100 PC and sufficient staff. We are ready to take work in BULK for 100 PC.
We have already done CANADA library books works. (DATA CONVERSION WORK).
Please send details for your work and also clarify the following :
1) Please send sample work.
2) How much work will you give per PC. Please tell MB or characters.
3) We will give Bank Guarantee.
4) Do you give initial advance for the work given by you ?
5) If you are genuine, I think you will initial advance.
6) Already some company, Log Sanchaar Comp. Tech in Visakhapatnam, A.P.,India given the above type of work and we have deposited Rs.2,00,000 (2 Lakhs) and within 3 months they have stopped payments and presently that company's MD is behind bars (in Jail). That is why we not believing companies giving data conversion work.
7) I hope you are not such type of person and you are a genuine person.
8) When we will get payment after completion work (i.e. after submitting work) ? Will you pay our payment through Demand Draft. Generally we don't accept cheques. Because most of the cheques are bouncing nowadays.
9) Will you give mutual bank guarantee ? Because what is guarantee that we get payment after completion of work given by you ?
9) That is why, please allow us for first month without any deposit and give work & payment. We will complete work within desired time with more than 99% accuracy. After taking first payment, we will give bank guarantee in the second month.
10) Please give complete postal address and contact phone numbers.
11) Are you first party and 2nd party or a mediator ?
Do you give work directly and payment for that ?
12) If you mediator, please give your work order.
