Application Server Solution Specialist
Technology Business Unit (TBU) Field Readiness
Description:
The TBU Field Readiness Team is responsible for cultivating the skills required by Oracle's field consultants and sales consultants to effectively sell and implement our technology products. The Field Readiness Team creates programs, resources, and training to develop these skills, constantly seeking feedback from the field.
An Application Server Solution Specialist is responsible for these readiness activities, specifically in the solution areas comprising Oracle Application Server (OracleAS), including:

Responsibilities:

<LI class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; tab-stops: list .5in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto">Understanding field training and readiness needs to develop these skills
<LI class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; tab-stops: list .5in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto">Creating and delivering training to meet these needs, including hands-on workshops, webcasts, and other events.
