Job description:
The Financials Functional Lead consultant positions will be responsible responsible for determining business requirements in consultation with the clients for new implementations and upgrade projects. He/she will then map these requirements into Oracle Applications features; identifying gaps and design customizations and/or business processes to resolve the gaps. They will also be required to provide project planning and coordination tasks; training and knowledge transfer to client personnel.
The ideal candidates must have upgrade experience from 10.7 Char to 11i and/or 11i implementation experience. Also, must have strong hands-on experience as well as leading the team.
Travel is required.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
----------------
- 3+ Years of experience with Oracle Applications
- Oracle Financials
- Upgrade experience from 10.7 Char to 11i
- At least four Oracle Applications projects, preferably with 11i
- Experience with data conversion and interface design
- Good communication and people skills
- 4Year/BS degree
OPTIONAL/ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

- CPA
- Experience with Oracle Public Sector (Govt) Apps
- Experience with Self Service & Workflow
- Familiarity with Oracles AIM methodology
- Experience with papers prsentation at conferences
