- AST is looking for accomplished Techno-Functional Lead Consultants with Oracle Applications experience specializing in Oracle HRMS/Payroll.
The Techno-Functional Consultants will be responsible for all functional aspects of an Oracle HR/Payroll project while having the knowledge and skills in creating custom extensions, data conversion and interfaces to/from Oracle Applications modules. He/she will work closely with other functional consultants and/or end users throughout the entire implementation/upgrade life cycle. He/She must be able to determine the functional/technical requirements, creating program specifications, unit and system testing of the Oracle Applications and custom code.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
----------------
**3+ years of Oracle HR/Payroll functional experience in Release 11i
**4+ Years of experience with Oracle Developer (6i, 2000) & RDBMS
**At least two implementation/upgrade projects
**Ability to work independently and in a team
**Ability to manage and interface with project/client team effectively
**Good communication and people skills
**4Year/BS degree
OPTIONAL/ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
--------------------------
**Written white papers, great presentation and training skills
**Experience in System Administration function
**Experience with Self Service & Workflow
**Familiarity with Oracles AIM methodology
**Knowledge of Oracle Discoverer
