I've a very good project experience in Oracle 9i forms. My current project is a HRMS re-engineering application developed using 9i forms and reports. I'm located in India and willing to relocate. Let me know if we can proceed with further discussions.

Whats type question it is??Just ask any specific question..No one can teach the whole developer 9i..first we have to start then u can take help from others...if u donot do that then it is a shame for u...So try to learn Developer 9i...R u a programmer?why u want to leran developer 9i???????
