Anne Ginther & Associates has been engaged by a leading medical device manufacturer to find them the best candidates for a newly created Financial Business Analyst position.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for the suggestion, development, and implementation of the business applications used for manufacturing support functions throughout the company.
Analyze Current Process and Procedures.
Define and document system requirements related to credit, collections, financial accounting, accounts receivable and interfaces to order management, pricing, general ledger, accounts payable and fixed assets.
Design system and process improvements from a user perspective focusing on usability, system integration, and infrastructure impact.
Assess feasibility of possible solutions. Ensure quality of personal work. Understand user and business environment.
Organize & Implement Change.
Assure end solutions meet original requirements and assists in the deployment and sustainment of both new processes and new systems.
Develop and support the use of Oracle applications.
Provide hands-on technical and functional support.
Business Process Improvement:
Develop business processes models to include functional requirements, test scripts, and test threads.
Define and Develop process improvement opportunities to be more consistent with standard practices and incorporate company specific requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
<OL>
[*]Four-year degree in Accounting or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
[*]One to three years experience related to implementing, developing Oracle applications, or financial business systems.
[*]Two to four years experience of on hand accounts receivable and general accounting experience.
[*]Must have a working knowledge of accounting standards and principles
[*]General knowledge of Oracle systems and SQL preferred.</OL>
