I'm seeking an executive level position with a global company like Oracle. I am particularly interested in companies that have been expanding or plan to expand in the Asia markets. I would like to use my managerial skills and multi-language/culture background to grow with a winning company.
I am presently working with a world-wide leader in inflatable toys and glass business. This business group has several manufacturing facilities in China, and multiple sales/customer service offices and distribution facilities throughout Asia, Europe and America. As a key member of the global management team I am responsible for:
* Actively involved in the group's strategic planning and execution process.
· Support Management by Objectives system via organizing and streamlining operational planning and control activities.
· Implement business process improvement projects at cross-functional level.

* Direct supervision of order processing and distribution activities.
I am a United State citizen, don't mind international travelling or relocation to China, I am also bilingual/English and mandarin. My expected annual compensation is US$110,000 per year, plus bonus. If relocation is required, moving related expenses would be covered by employer.
