Can anybody provide the source of how to manage a 1-person (consulting) S(mall)-corp ?
I mean taxes, insurances, legal issues, etc.
Employer wants to pay me on corp-to-corp basis.
Any idea welcome.
Thanks

You are really best off investing in an attorney or CPA who can work with you on the pros & cons of incorporation vs. LLC. It's worth the front-end investment to utilize the services of these types of folks.

Hope that helps. The majority of my consultants are incorporated - once you make the jump - it's great!
